1. Company Information


Amigos Iceland Tours ehf is a company registered in Iceland under number Kenitala: 520126-2440, based in Reykjavík.

2. Services


We offer Northern Lights tours, sightseeing tours across Iceland, private and group tours, including transportation from the airport or agreed locations.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking
  • Full payment must be completed before the tour
  • Payment methods: cards, bank transfer, and cash
  • Currency: ISK

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours: 100% refund
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% refund
  • No-show: no refund

5. Company Cancellations


In case of cancellation due to weather or safety:

  • The tour will be rescheduled
  • If not possible, a refund or voucher will be offered

6. Changes to Services


We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or itineraries due to weather or safety reasons. These changes do not entitle customers to a refund.

7. Liability


Activities may involve natural risks.
Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
A liability waiver is required.

Activities operated by third parties are the responsibility of those providers.

8. Customer Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  • Punctuality is required. Maximum waiting time: 20 minutes
  • The company may extend this time in exceptional cases communicated in advance

9.  Media Usage


Images or videos will only be used with customer consent.

10. Data Protection


Personal data is used only for booking management and communication.

11. Governing Law
This document is governed by Icelandic law.

Weather Policy

  • Route changes due to weather: no refund
  • Full cancellation: reschedule or refund

Punctuality Policy

  • Maximum wait: 20 minutes
  • After that: no-show

Minors may only participate when accompanied by a responsible adult, who assumes full responsibility.
